National Action Plan: Family Workshop carried out under the auspices of the Presidency is being announced
The National Action Plan, which emerged as a result of the 1st Family Workshop held on February 17-18, 2022, will be shared with the public at a press conference to be held at the Presidency on Tuesday, June 18, 2022, at 9:30am.
The workshop was realised under the auspices of the First Lady Sibel Tatar in cooperation with Presidential Social Support Committee, TRNC Ministry of Labour and Social Security, TRNC Ministry of National Education and Eastern Mediterranean University.
Relevant ministries, university representatives, non-governmental organizations and related institutions and organizations participated in the two-day workshop, which was held under the sponsorship of the Religious Foundations (Evkaf) Administration on February 17-18, 2022.
The problems and risks in family institutions in our country will be taken up in the workshop and solutions to the issues will be sought.
Short, medium and long-term targets were set in an Action Plan, which was formed as a result of the report. The Action Plan will be monitored and evaluated by the committee formed under the auspices of the Presidency periodically over six months.
