"It is with great sadness that I have learned of the tragic explosion in the coal mine in Bartın, Amasra which has resulted in loss of life. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families.
May those who lost their lives rest in peace, and I express my deepest sympathy and sincere condolence to the families, loved ones and to the Republic of Türkiye.
I wish a speedy recovery to those injured and hope that rescue efforts are completed as soon as possible.”
