President Ersin Tatar issues message of condolences
President Ersin Tatar said in his message:
“I am deeply saddened to have heard of the accident of a military helicopter of the Turkish Security Forces, bound for Tatvan after having departed from Bingöl, which has martyred 11 Turkish soldiers with two injured.
On behalf of myself and the Turkish Cypriot people, I express my condolences to the families, loved ones and the Turkish Security Forces. May God's mercy be upon our heroic martyrs, and may our injured soldiers have a speedy recovery.
