President Ersin Tatar participates in the Bahçeşehir Cyprus University 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony

President Ersin Tatar attended the Bahçeşehir Cyprus University 2022-2023 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony where he delivered a speech congratulating graduates for their academic success.
Addressing the graduation ceremony, President Tatar commended the efforts to open the campus of the university in the country which he said “is a source of pride for the TRNC, that has accrued 25 years of success, achievement and experience”.
President Tatar stated that the experience, cultural value, and educational capacity created at the university campus “will arm you with the knowledge, experience and skills for the new chapter in your life journey”.
“In the face of different tests that life brings, it is necessary to be creative, innovative, and to work with devotion through self-discipline in order to succeed,” President Tatar said.
“Hard working people should be supported in their endeavours particularly through the challenging times and conditions faced by the world,” he added.
President Tatar explained that when the university was founded in İstanbul 25 years ago, he attended the ceremony with Founding President Rauf Raif Denktaş and the then Prime Minister of the Republic of Türkiye, Süleyman Demirel. Stating the importance of maintaining honesty and ethical values, President Tatar wished all graduates success in their post-graduation lives.
Expressing his belief that the Bahçeşehir family will continue to support graduates through communication channels when they return to their home countries, President Tatar said: “You are not only representatives of the university, but also that of the TRNC. May you all serve your countries and people and ultimately humanity well. I congratulate you on your success following your hard work and dedication to your studies. We are honoured that you chose to study in an important university in our country.”
