President Ersin Tatar receives European Parliamentarian Isabel Santos
President Ersin Tatar received the European Parliament “Rapporteur on Missing Persons in Cyprus” Isabel Santos.
In the meeting, Confidence Building Measures and Bilateral Technical Committees Coordinator Güneş Onar, Missing Persons Committee Turkish Cypriot Member Hakkı Müftüzade, Legal Advisor Sülen Karabacak and Officer of Political Affairs Özlem İnce were present.
Information was given about the contributions made by the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus to enable the efficient work of the Committee on Missing Persons to continue in the meeting. Expectations to encourage the Greek Cypriot Administration to take steps in this direction were also conveyed to European Parliamentarian Isabel Santos.
