President Ersin Tatar received the delegation of the Cyprus Turkish Disabled Federation, headed by Derviş Yücetürk, on the occasion of December 3rd, International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

In his speech at the reception, President Tatar stated that he closely follows the actions taken to eliminate the problems faced by individuals with disabilities and to make their lives easier, and pointed out the importance of ensuring that they serve the society. President Tatar noted that he appreciated the efforts made by the federation administration for years to take steps to overcome obstacles by making use of technology, to raise sensitivity and awareness and to ensure the passage of the necessary laws.
During the meeting, the problems experienced by individuals with disabilities were tackled and the solutions that could be produced were discussed.
