President Tatar congratulates Azerbaijan
President Ersin Tatar congratulated Azerbaijan on the ceasefire agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which ended the difficult 45-day war.
“With the ceasefire agreement signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia yesterday (10 November 2020), a difficult war that has been going on for 45 days has come to an end and history has been written. Dear Azerbaijan has achieved an important gain on the field and on the table and has won a great victory. As the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, I sincerely congratulate this success on behalf of myself and the Turkish Cypriot people.
The happiness of our Azerbaijani brothers is our happiness. I congratulate the Azerbaijani army and I wish God’s mercy upon those who lost their lives for the independence of their homeland and I wish immediate recovery to the wounded. We believe that the tricolour flag of Azerbaijan will fly in the skies of Karabakh forever.
