President Tatar inaugurates "the artists of TRNC Workshop and Exhibition” in Ankara
"We shall become stronger with Türkiye and continue to grow together with other Turkish states"

President Ersin Tatar inaugurated the "Past to Present: Artists of the TRNC, Altındağ Workshop and Exhibition" that was held at the Altındağ Municipality Ulucanlar Prison Museum in Ankara.
The exhibition, that has been organised by the TRNC Embassy to Ankara, was held in cooperation with Ankara Altındağ Municipality and the contributions from Hacı Bayram Veli University.
President Tatar delivered an address at the inauguration ceremony, where he thanked the artists, art lovers and all officials who contributed to the organisation of the exhibition. President Tatar also congratulated everyone who participated and supported the exhibition, and stated that the Turkish Cypriot people attach "significant importance to art work which is a cultural richness and reflects life itself".
Stating that the income from the exhibition will be donated to the association founded to preserve the memory and legacy of the champion angels, President Tatar stated that this makes the exhibition "even more significant and meaningful" and emphasised that the pain caused by the February 6, 2023 catastrophic earthquakes in Türkiye "shall never be forgotten, and the names of our champion angels will be preserved and remembered forever".
