Sibel Tatar, the wife of President Ersin Tatar, adopted mother dog and puppies found in an unused house in Bellapais. After the first examinations, the dogs were placed in a large cage in the Presidential Palace.
Burak Toksoy, President of the Cyprus Turkish Veterinary Medical Association (KTVHB), made a written statement about the mother dog and puppies found in an unused house in Bellapais, which was recently shared on social media.
Toksoy stated that Sibel Tatar, the wife of President Ersin Tatar, asked for help with the mother dog and the puppies, about 3 months old two males and one female.
Toksoy pointed out that the Union and the Veterinary Office picked up the dogs from their location and made their required examinations with a joint action. He announced that the dogs were placed in the cage in the courtyard of the Presidential Palace by the request of the First Lady.

“Subsequently, in the preliminary meeting held with Mrs. Sibel Tatar, the problems faced by animals and society in our country and their possible solutions were discussed and she declared that they support every project on this issue that will benefit the society.
