President Ersin Tatar received the Special Representative of the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General in Cyprus and the Head of Mission of the UN Peacekeeping Force (UNFICYP) in Cyprus, Colin Stewart.

President Ersin Tatar made a phone call to Nikos Christodoulides and conveyed his congratulatory message for his election as the leader of Greek Cypriot Administration on the final round of voting.
Some of the citizens of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, who lost their lives in the rubble of the Isias Hotel in Adıyaman as a result of the earthquake in Türkiye, were brought to the country.
President Ersin Tatar stated that the Greek Cypriot leader gave him a call to express his condolences for the TRNC citizens who lost their lives in the earthquake in Türkiye.
President Ersin Tatar gave a call to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and wished Türkiye a speedy recovery over the devastating earthquake on behalf of himself and the Turkish Cypriot people.
