President Ersin Tatar departs for New York
President Ersin Tatar has departed for New York this morning to take part in high-level meetings on the margins of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
President Tatar is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting today with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. Tomorrow, he will also participate in a trilateral informal meeting with the Greek Cypriot leader, convened under the auspices of the Secretary-General.
The President is accompanied by an official delegation and is expected to return to the TRNC on Sunday.
