President Ersin Tatar has met with Serkan Bolçocuk, Chairman and the administrative board members of the Kyrenia Offroad Association

President Ersin Tatar has met with Kyrenia Offroad Association Chairman Serkan Bolçocuk and the members of the administrative board.
President Tatar, who made a statement during the meeting, stated: “I am very happy at your visit today. You represent an important branch that has become a part of our sports culture. Offroad sports is suitable for the natural terrain of the TRNC, and the numerous rallies you organised to date, which include racers from abroad who travel here to participate in the offroad tournaments, have been contributing to the promotion of the TRNC. The sport has continued to grow and develop and has generated more interest over the years.”
Stating that “the TRNC has the necessary infrastructure, gear and equipment for the sport,” President Tatar stated that “there has been significant interest shown in Offroad sport as a result”.
President Tatar congratulated "all participants who have taken their place in Offroad sport – male and female, across all ages, and I wish you all success”.
Mr. Bolçocuk, who thanked the President for the meeting, gave details about the sport and the successes of the Kyrenia Offroad Association, which he said has to date organised numerous races and tournaments across the TRNC, and put forward their plans for future rallies.
