President Ersin Tatar: “I have been informed that my PCR test result is positive”
President Ersin Tatar has announced that his PCR test result has returned as positive after displaying nasal congestion, runny nose and flu-like symptoms.
President Tatar's social media post is as follows:
“I learned that my PCR test result was positive after I had nasal congestion, runny nose and flu-like symptoms. My general condition is well. I wanted to share this with my dear people. I have isolated myself.
As I always say, we should get vaccinated by strictly following the measures announced by the TRNC Ministry of Health and our experts.
I have full faith that, in unity and solidarity, we will overcome this epidemic as soon as possible.
I would like to thank my people who conveyed their wishes of getting well soon.”
