President Ersin Tatar meets with political parties represented in the Parliament prior to the informal meeting on Cyprus in a broader format to be held in Geneva

President Ersin Tatar has met the representatives of political parties that have seats in Parliament to exchange views on the informal meeting on Cyprus in a broader format that will be held on March 17 and 18 in Geneva, Switzerland.

The meeting at the Presidency was attended by the Prime Minister and National Unity Party (UBP) Chairman Ünal Üstel, main opposition Republican Turkish Party (CTP) Chairman Tufan Erhürman, CTP General Secretary Asım Akansoy, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment and Democrat Party (DP) Chairman Fikri Ataoğlu, DP General Secretary Serhat Akpınar, Minister of Public Works and Transportation and Rebirth Party (YDP) Chairman Erhan Arıklı and YDP General Secretary Erşah Sabit Yılmaz.

The meeting with political party representatives started at 11.50am.  Political party officials were welcomed at the entrance of the Presidency by Presidential Undersecretary Okan Donangil.
