President Ersin Tatar meets with TRNC Volleyball Federation officials headed by Enver Kaya
TRNC Volleyball Federation president Enver Kaya informed President Ersin Tatar about the activities in the field of volleyball and said it is pleasing to see importance being given to sports in the presidency by President Tatar who himself comes from the world of sports.
Expressing his pleasure to see Turkish Cypriot athletes making international contacts and successfully representing our country despite all restrictions and isolations, President Tatar also emphasized the importance of experienced athletes passing on their experiences to new generations.
In his speech, President Tatar underlined the importance of the state's financial and moral obligation to the athletes and emphasised the necessity to have a solid state structure and organisation. Wishing the development of the economy after the pandemic, President Tatar stated that a strong economy is needed for support in the field of sports.
President Tatar thanked all athletes, coaches, and their families.
