President Ersin Tatar pays a visit to martyrs’ families
President Ersin Tatar has visited the families of Martyr Coşkun Mavrali, Martyr Hasan Hüseyin and Martyr Turgut Hüseyin.

In his speech during the visits, President Tatar stated that the martyrs have an “important share in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, which was founded by the Turkish Cypriot people in their struggle for freedom and coexistence".
“I am here to pay my respects to our martyrs and to wish their families good health and blessings as we approach the New Year,” President Tatar said.
“Our martyrs sacrificed their lives for the Turkish Cypriot cause, and their desire to live as a free People in peace and security. I wish God’s mercy on all of our martyrs,” President Tatar said.
Paying tribute to the families of martyrs who “suffered great pain and made sacrifices”, President Tatar stressed that “the families of our martyrs are very important and valuable for us”.
The President said: “As the TRNC, it is important for our State to stand by the families of our martyrs as a symbol of appreciation. I see this as an obligation, a duty and a manner of thanking our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for our freedom and independence. We will never forget our martyrs, nor allow them to be forgotten. May they all rest in eternal peace.”
The relatives of the martyrs expressed their appreciation for the visits by the President.
