President Ersin Tatar receives Zalihe Mendeli, newly appointed Consul General to İstanbul
President Ersin Tatar received Zalihe Mendeli, who has been appointed as the new Consul General of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in İstanbul, and extended his best wishes for success in her new post.
Highlighting the significant number of Turkish Cypriot students studying in İstanbul, as well as the presence of citizens receiving medical treatment there, President Tatar underlined the importance of the Consulate General’s role. He noted that a seasoned and dedicated team is already working diligently at the TRNC İstanbul Consulate and congratulated Mendeli on her appointment.
