President Ersin Tatar visits for Eid al-Fitr (Bayram) the Kalkanlı Elderly Care Home

President Ersin Tatar has paid a visit to the Kalkanlı Elderly Care Home and congratulated its residents and staff on the auspicious occasion of Eid al-Fitr (Bayram).
President Tatar underlined the importance of showing respect to the elderly people, especially during Bayram, which he said is both a religious and cultural requirement of the Turkish Cypriot People.
Mehmet İslamoğlu performed a musical concert during the visit.
President Tatar was accompanied by Alev Ecevit, Director of the Social Services Department.
