In his speech at the ceremony, President Tatar pointed out that the future of the country will be entrusted to children and said: "Whatever this state has is yours, it belongs to you.”

Following the conclusion of the ceremony, President Tatar, accompanied by school officials, toured the classrooms and met with teachers and students.

 


“INOCULATION IS KEY TO SUCCESS”

In his speech at the opening, President Ersin Tatar said that he is very happy to be in such a meaningful ceremony and wished  everyone a beneficial new academic year. 

Stating that despite the great difficulties experienced during the Covid-19 period, the process was managed in the best way possible, President Tatar stated that the process will be overcome more easily with vaccination.


“I kiss the eyes of the children who will start the new school year, not only in this school, but in all our schools. It is your right to receive the best education,” said President Tatar, talking about his primary school years, teachers and friends, saying that that period was the happiest period, and he advised students to appreciate these years.

 



“YOU WILL GOVERN THIS COUNTRY WELL IN THE FUTURE”

President Tatar said: “You are the children of  mujahideen (freedom fighters) who emerged from the heart of the TRNC. I hope you will manage very well in the future when the administration of this country is passed on to you. I love you. I trust you, today is your day.

Pointing out that the future of the country will be entrusted to the children, President Tatar added: "Whatever this state has, belongs to you, it is yours," adding that the teachers in the country and the education they provide are the best.

Expressing his belief that teachers will prepare the  children for the future in the best way possible, President Tatar expressed his gratitude and wished them success.



 

PRESIDENT TATAR VISITED SEHİT TUNCER PRIMARY SCHOOL

Visiting Şehit Tuncer Primary School, where he had received his primary education after Gönyeli Primary School, President Tatar met with teachers and students. Wishing that the new academic year will be beneficial for both students, teachers and families, President Tatar wished success to all students in the new year.

President Tatar thanked all the teachers by mentioning how valuable the devoted teachers are and expressed his belief that all students will achieve success with the educational opportunities offered by the TRNC. President Tatar wished all students to be careful about the epidemic and wished everyone health and success.
