UN Secretary General Guterres congratulates President Tatar
United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres delivered a congratulatory message to President Ersin Tatar in respect of his election as “the leader of the Turkish Cypriot Community”.
Guterres expressed his wish for a productive social meeting between Greek Cypriot Administration Leader Nicos Anastasiades and TRNC President Ersin Tatar, which will be held on 3rd November. Guterres also stated that he wants to discuss with President Tatar the quintet meeting to take place with the participation of Mr. Tatar, Mr. Anastasiades, guarantor countries and the UN.
